LNG Mother Stations store LNG & delivers R-LNG, Auto LNG, LCNG & LNG in Micro-Mini Bulk to replace Petrol, Diesel, LPG & other fuels.

LNG Mother Stations are designed using several technologies, components and equipment to function as per requirement such that several applications are met at a time. In addition to being combination of LNG Re-gas Station and Auto LNG + LCNG Station, the LNG Mother Station is also capable of refilling of portable cryogenic liquid cylinders and providing Piped Natural Gas for customers nearby and even running of small gas gensets to produce electricity.

For Liquid Cylinder Filling a precise weighing system with auto cut off mechanism is provided, which is coupled with PLC system to protect the over filling of cryogenic liquid cylinders. There are several safety features, which are arising from decades of experience at CRYOGAS for refilling of liquid cylinders. Each liquid cylinder upon receiving is inspected and the system is enabled to refill only the balance quantity of liquid after PLC based RFID volume reading and refilling permission.

In short, LNG Mother station is capable of LNG Re-Gasification, PNG supply, Auto LNG dispensing, LCNG dispensing, LCNG cascade filling and refilling of portable LNG liquid cylinders. Such investment with multiple product dispensing is able to achieve high ROI and at the same time replace multiple fuels like petrol, diesel, LPG, naphtha, Propane, Propylene, Kerosene, etc.
